I wore a figure- hugging dress. As I’m petite, a big gown with too much going on would have drowned me. I wanted to keep my look simple and elegant, so I accessorised with 60s-style earrings. We had lots of flowers to bring our theme to life, all in pink and white. The groom wore a white jacket with black tux trousers and a black dickie bow. Richard’s groomsmen were dressed neutrally in grey. This meant they didn’t clash with any other colour and it would be easy for them to wear again. The bridesmaids wore pink floor-length dresses, featuring lace detail from the waist up. 54
