So if your dress’ carbon footprint concerns you, check out the new green bride initiative, a collaboration between The Kent Bridal Alteration Co, Felicity Rose Bridal and Bridal Gowns at Jodi. These bridal fashion experts will be upcycling dresses from past collections, bringing them up to date. Despite starting off life abroad, no one can change the fact that these dresses are here now, so instead of seeing them end up in landfills or left on the peg because they no longer match up to the latest fashions, they’ll be given a new lease of life. The bespoke custom dresses will retail from £575 and will be showcased at Bridal Gowns of Jodi in Maidstone.
