Two hearts S amantha and Claire met in 2014 at Canterbury College, where they both studied an Access to Healthcare and Nursing course. Sam remembers, “We started off as friends but grew closer and quickly realised our relationship was much more than that.” Making the most of the beautiful coastal vistas of St Ives, Cornwall, the couple headed to the beach after an evening meal with a blanket and a bottle of bubbly. Without a soul in sight, the pair enjoyed the sunset as they poured a glass and revelled in the peace. Claire proposed under a canopy of stars.
