of Bonnie made and placed her at the back of the bake taking a bite out of it. Guests were provided with take-away boxes, and Hannah says: “These went down really well and it was a great way of making sure there was none left over.” During the evening, a barbecue was served and everyone enjoyed the hot, fresh food al fresco. To make further use of the space Hannah and Steve hired a Campervan photo booth, which proved to be a hit. “The venue staff were phenomenal! They went above and beyond. If there were any issues on the day, we didn’t know about them and still don’t.” – Hannah LOOKING THE PART Hannah wore Nini by Enzoani. She went shopping with a completely open mind and having tried on a selection of A-line gowns, she ultimately chose a fit and flare dress with a showstopping train. “It’s hard to describe how it made me feel, but automatically I just knew it was the one for me,” Hannah explains. She accessorised with a mid-length veil, a small hair piece and flat pointed shoes for the ceremony. Before the evening revelries started, she changed into some white Converse, but of course, ended the night in a pair of dancefloor flip flops! Steve’s groomsmen wore the same brown tweed three-piece suit as him, but the groom’s had a few tweaks. For example, Steve accessorised with an ivory tie to set him apart, while the gents’ matched the bridesmaids’ dresses. The groom’s suit was made bespoke, and had his and Hannah’s initials embroidered on the inside of the blazer. He also changed the buttons on it to give him a more individual style. The bridesmaids wore dark sage green multi-way dresses, which were made to measure from the same supplier as the gents’ pocket squares and ties. Hannah says, “I went for multiway dresses to allow the girls to decide how they wanted to wear them, but in the end they all opted for the same style!” CELEBRATE IN STYLE During cocktail hour the live saxophonist went down a storm. She played a variety of Ibiza classics and guests couldn’t help but bust some moves. “She really made our wedding, and her performance is one of our top moments of the day,” Hannah shares. In the evening a DJ and live band ensured the dancefloor was never empty. “I highly recommend investing in live music,” Hannah says. “It really changes the feel of the day and everyone was talking about our musicians for weeks after.” Guests absolutely loved the party prop station too. As well as the obligatory flip flops, there were also light-up flashing glasses and foam sticks. They were such a hit that some people are still using them today! MEMORABLE MOMENTS “One moment neither of us will ever forget is when I walked down the aisle,” Hannah remembers. “As soon as I saw our guests I suddenly relaxed; looking at all of those familiar faces, I couldn’t stop smiling and laughing. Steve on the other hand, just broke down! There was me laughing, and Steve crying his eyes out. I loved seeing the reaction of our guests in the photographs later.” She continues, “Another highlight was our first dance to Can’t Take My Eyes Off You.
