Catering for intolerances is only tricky if discovered on the wedding day, once guests start arriving! “Choosing a vegan option will often cover multiple dietary conditions including dairy-free and vegetarian. If you’re only able to offer one option on your menu, I’d lean towards a vegan dish over a vegetarian option to include more guests.” KEEP IT SIMPLE Clare says, “When considering a menu that caters for those with dietary requirements, we advise that you keep your menu simple, while using luxury ingredients packed with flavour.
