The centrepieces featured lanterns, flowers and candles, and on the three middle tables there were large, white blossom trees. Our wedding favours were chocolate-covered honeycomb pieces in acrylic boxes with white organza ribbon and personalised frosted stickers. Guests’ names were laser cut from wood and finished with a bronze effect, and our mirrored table numbers were supplied by Chic Weddings. Canapés were served during our drinks reception and we opted for a barbecue for the wedding breakfast. We selected five different salads, chicken, jerk chicken, steak and burgers. The evening food included pulled pork burgers on brioche rolls or sausages and chips. There were also vegan options. Instead of a traditional wedding cake we opted for Krispy Kreme glazed ring doughnuts with a top tier of white-frosted lemon cake. The venue was covered in blush pink, green and white blooms including a flower wall, floral arch for the gazebo, on the top table and registrar desk. 37 REAL WEDDINGS
