With time to evaluate and take stock many newlyweds-to-be have been patiently waiting for their big day to come or opting to marry now and party later. Whatever the choice, love has triumphed in many different ways. Here local suppliers shine the light on what’s at the heart of every wedding – the happy couple, not forgetting their furry friends of course! Southampton-based wedding photographer Katherine Mills explains the concept for this cool shoot was centred on an intimate city elopement. “The aim was to create a non- traditional wedding with realism, authenticity and rawness; a loved-up, run-away couple in a cosy setting without a care in the world. Focusing on the two of them and their connection, we added key wedding elements such as flowers and cake.”
