It was hilarious when one of them tripped and fell and nobody realised he’d done it on purpose. One of my aunties was genuinely worried and thought he was hurt! The wedding singers sang and we did the conga. They also played games and got all the military lads dancing copying their actions; it was great fun! We had a golf buggy to take us around the golf course for outdoor photos. We had our surname lit up in giant illuminated letters. We went to Mauritius and stayed for 10 nights for our honeymoon. John picked and planned it while I was dealing with the wedding – it was the least he could do to help me out! It was amazing, we laughed lots and lived it to the fullest!
