44 REAL WEDDINGS My bridesmaids were a mix of family and close friends, including Bull’s four sisters and my sister Nicci who was maid of honour. It had to be all 12 or nothing, as I didn’t want to take any of them out of the equation! I was very lucky with the dresses as my bridesmaids were all different shapes and sizes and the style and colour suited them all, so everyone was happy! We had five flowergirls and five pageboys and we loved seeing them all dressed up looking smart. The venue location was ideal as it was only minutes away from the church by car. Set on an old dairy farm, there was plenty of space, outdoor seating, hay bales, fairylights and hanging baskets. We gave our guests scratch cards as favours. The beautiful converted barn was perfect for the sit-down meal and speeches and there was a lovely marquee for the evening party.
