Set on the Somerset/Dorset border the rustic wedding venue provided the perfect base for local suppliers to work their magic, using the door as the portal to a fantastical winter wedding wonderland. Organiser Sam Savage of South Coast Weddings explains, “Owners of the venue Lou and Colin asked us to help them put up an old door from their house in the woods. Naturally, we were curious and as soon as it was up it made us think of an opening into another world, like Narnia, and the idea grew from there. We wanted to do something different and this seemed like the perfect opportunity.”
