105 PHOTO SHOOT W inter is a magical time of year for a wedding with all the colours of the season and festive sparkle to make your big day shine. The Domus, part of the 800-year-old Abbey building at Beaulieu in the New Forest, provided the perfect backdrop for local suppliers to show how. Photographer Leonie May says, “We wanted to showcase the beauty of a winter wedding and The Domus was the ideal setting. It’s so atmospheric and serene and there are a wealth of picture-perfect spots. The light can be phenomenal at this time of year and the weather can add to the atmosphere too.” Creative director Samantha Shapely adds, “The concept behind the shoot was to show the attractions of an autumn or winter wedding.
