Local suppliers came together to create this playful and colourful shoot Images courtesy of Cat Brant Photography Bold and beautiful Cat Brant, the creative mind behind this styled shoot, aimed to bring together skilled local wedding vendors for a collaborative and inspiring experience, especially for couples planning their weddings in 2025. Stockton House served as the perfect backdrop for this initiative, being a local independent venue renowned for its intimate gatherings. The venue was excited to explore the possibilities of hosting more personalised receptions, catering to those seeking a cosy and private atmosphere. To set the tone, Cat developed a mood board that highlighted the desired aesthetic. Stylist Natasha at Locked Events selected furniture, props, and decorative elements that perfectly matched the vision. She worked closely with Alex from The Wild Garden Florist to ensure the floral designs brought the concept to life. Sasha from Cupid Blue Bridal showcased dresses from the previous season, which still felt fresh and stylish. She says, “We aimed to create simple designs that can be customised to fit anyone. There’s been a growing interest in mini dresses, and we anticipate they’ll be a top choice next season. Many brides are considering swapping their traditional gowns for something more like a party dress. Our advice? Always choose what makes you feel comfortable, even if it’s not what you initially thought you wanted.” Make-up artist Lauren aimed for a timeless and soft glowy glam look. She expressed, “I want my brides to feel and look like the best version of themselves. I enjoy getting to know their preferences and collaborating to ensure they feel happy and, most importantly, confident!” Bryony from Olive and Eden Vintage contributed pieces from her collection that beautifully complemented the room’s aesthetics, adding a distinctive flair to the overall design. By working as a team, they created a dream-worthy shoot bursting with inspiration! 47 STYLED SHOOT
