Your Herts & Beds Wedding - Dec/Jan 2019 (Issue 77)
Our table plan was nice and simple with a foliage design that matched the look of our flowers. Because our guests were travelling to the airport with us after the wedding, we put together sweet bags as favours for them to carry for their onward journey. For our place settings we had mini baubles with our guests’ names on them. They took them home as a small reminder of the day. I opted for very simple bouquets of white roses with gypsophila. The white represented snow as a nod to when we met. Natasha’s top tip: For your reception buy some baskets and fill them with fluffy bathroom slippers or flip-flops. By the end of the night your female guests will thank you endlessly! We used the trees from our ceremony for our centerpieces. They had burning candles hanging from the branches. Everyone said the room was stunning. Our top table was lined with candles and white foliage. Our very close family friend created our cake. She is incredibly talented and it looked and tasted amazing. REAL WEDDINGS 47
