Although walking down the aisle was a bit of a blur for me, I just remember trying so hard not to cry again and the second that I saw Harrison’s handsome face, we both just beamed at each other and I couldn’t wait to get to him! The tears that I was holding back had vanished and in my mind, it was just me and Harrison together. Once we had booked Lapstone Barn, we kn ew that the restrictions that were in place as a result of the pandemic would impact the number of guests that we could i nvite so we didn’t want to hold back on some wow-factor deco rations. Our stylist, The Cotswold Wedding Company, worked their magic in the venue. They suspended two drapes down bo th walls and across the entire length of the ceiling with twinklin g lights running through them which looked incredible. The incredible grounds at the venue offered some wonderful photo opportunities. Lapstone barn stole our hearts as soon as we first visited the venue. The rustic look of the exposed brick walls, the smell of the scented candles scattered around and the romantic ambience was just what we wanted and we both knew instantly that we would exchange our vows there. 28
