J essie and James grew up in the same village and have known one another most of their lives. “When I opened my cake shop, James sometimes visited with his mum so we started chatting and it went from there,” Jessie tells us. “It all just fell into place, and because our families were already friends, it felt like we were one big family right from the start!” The couple became engaged at Cheddar Gorge. “We had both visited there before and loved it so decided to take our dog, Bella, for a walk,” Jessie says. “As we were admiring the beautiful view, the sun came out and I picked up Bella to show her and as I turned around, James was down on one knee!
