C A R O L I N E ’ S L I T T L E K I T C H E N Caroline Taylor owns and runs award- winning business Caroline’s Little Kitchen from a 1976 Citroen H van called Hugo . He can be styled to suit almost any wedding theme and from him, Caroline serves guests fresh crêpes that are either cooked to order or pre-selected. Fillings can be sweet or savoury and for those with a sweet tooth, Hugo can also serve freshly- ground coffee, a selection of teas and hot chocolate with whipped cream and marshmallows. Caroline tells us, “Our fresh English strawberry cakes made with white chocolate and milk chocolate sauce are very popular, and so are our Biscoff biscuit-crumb, milk chocolate and marshmallow-flavoured crêpes - this is the favourite flavour at the moment!” The company is so popular that Caroline’s Little Kitchen has just won the SME News award for the Best Boutique Catering Company in Wiltshire 2020. T H E LOV E LY B U B B LY HO R S E B O X COM PA N Y Amy Player-Bishop is the owner of The Lovely Bubbly Horsebox Company based in Gloucestershire serving weddings predominantly throughout this region. As we revealed on page nine, it’s a vintage RICE horse trailer that has been lovingly restored and converted into a versatile bar that can be used as a gin bar, prosecco bar, a champagne bar or a non-alcoholic bar, just to name a few ideas. It’s fully licensed and insured and is a great pop-up alternative to the more traditional mobile bar.
