As well as having our playlist ahead of the day, the DJ also took requests from our guests on the night and interacted with everyone, keeping the dancefloor full all evening. It was so much fun!” The couple were both nervous about performing their first dance. “We had chosen a song that we knew no one other than our immediate family would know, but was one that was close to our hearts called Love walked in by Thunder,” Lauren tells us. “They are Martin’s favourite band and the one that bonded us over our taste in music all those years ago. Although it started with just us, we were shortly surrounded by all our guests dancing and enjoying the music. We were surprised at what a big hit it turned out to be!” “Something that I didn’t plan for was being picked up and tossed into the air in my wedding dress by some of our friends just before the same thing happened to Marin and his best man. This ended up being one of the funniest moments of the day and one that we will never forget!” - Lauren
