She specialises in bespoke cupcakes and Welsh cakes that work well for weddings styled on a rustic tower or given as heart-shaped wedding favours. During the lockdown period, Fay teamed up with Grace at the family-run Blunsdon House Hotel in Swindon, Wiltshire to photograph her rustic-inspired woodland cake stand in the pretty grounds of the venue, caught on camera by the talented photographer Neil Tinson of A1 Photogenics.
