Your Gloucestershire and Wiltshire Wedding- August/September 2020 (Issue 22)
Our beautiful bridesmaids wore dark green strapless floor-length dresses. Our reception venue needed to be somewhere with plenty of accommodation for our family and friends travelling to celebrate with us from, Ireland, Berkshire, Shropshire, Newcastle and Birmingham. Tewkesbury Park hotel offered this in their chic bedrooms, along with incredible panoramic views from their purpose-built function room with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the golf course and grounds. They also offered incredible food and friendly, dedicated staff. We kept our table plan simple yet elegant and opted for gold numbers placed on each table in the centre of the flowers. The place names were made from a green and gold foil and looked really effective. We wanted to get married in a picturesque Cotswold village. When we found St Faiths Church whilst looking at reception venues, we both knew from that moment that we couldn’t picture ourselves getting married anywhere else. We chose to have traditional floral centrepieces that our loved ones could take home as gifts. 40
