T he couple met online and arranged to meet in person soon after messaging one another. “It was our mutual love of travel that first sparked the conversation,” they told us. They became engaged during an intimate proposal at home. Sam Butler tells us, “I proposed one weekday as we were sat at our kitchen table because it just felt right. After a life-altering event in February 2018 when Sam had stood by me throughout, we went on holiday and I just knew that I was going to marry her. I bought a ring in July 2018 and had planned a big romantic proposal but at that moment at home together, the opportunity just presented itself.” Here, the couple tells us about their festival-themed party following an intimate register office ceremony.
