It boasts spectacular views of an ancient yew tree wood, fields and gardens, and a paddock is available for outdoor games and camping. Ceremonies take place in The Long Barn for up to 120 loved ones with its loft floor level and statement chandeliers, and in the Middle Barn for up to 110 guests with its beamed ceiling and stone floors. Both work well for the wedding breakfast with guests seated at long or round tables and the entire venue can be used for the evening party. It’s a good year-round choice with winter weddings enjoying the underfloor heating throughout and the wood burner. The site also generates its’ own electricity and recycles where possible. There’s a bar, lounge, toilets including disabled facilities plus a catering kitchen that can be used by any supplier (subject to approval). Outdoor food vehicles are also welcome and there’s no corkage charge. There’s also luxurious accommodation that sleeps up to eight guests. It can accommodate up to 120 guests seated at round tables with space for up to 200 loved ones for the evening reception. Reception drinks can be served outside in the orchard or in the adjacent open-sided barn with straw bales and old farming utensils making a fabulous photographic backdrop. The barn has a bar, disabled facilities, ample parking and outside caterers can use the kitchen facilities.
