They all wore leather tan shoes and Thomas gifted them all a pocket watch. Our close family members who weren’t officially groomsmen wore a two- piece version of the suit. I chose my dress because it made me feel so special wearing it and I looked radiant. My mum cried in the shop! I teamed it with an elegant veil and a hairpiece that mum gave to me. “I felt on cloud nine all day, it really was the best time of my life! To have all of our friends and family in one place was so special and I felt like a princess.” – Katie. Our bridesmaids wore khaki-coloured chiffon dresses in a variety of different styles. They were the ideal choice for a bridal party of seven ladies who were different dress sizes and body shapes. They all felt so comfortable on the day and looked amazing! We entertained our guests with an acoustic funk trio band who we had seen performing at a gig the year before. We loved their relaxed, fun vibe and they sounded different to the other bands that we were considering. My brother-in-law was our DJ for the rest of the night. He has years of experience and did a great job of getting everyone on the dancefloor with a good mix of classic and modern songs. When the last track came on, everyone gathered around us in a circle singing, dancing and laughing. 30
