Ceremonies take place in the beautiful Ballroom – a grand, church-like setting within the castle featuring a 75-foot long aisle, seating up to 150 guests. The wedding breakfast also takes place here, under the tall ceilings and glittering chandeliers. The evening reception is held in a choice of areas for up to 250 loved ones. These include the Main Hall, an inviting space with a roaring fire and comfortable sofas, the Drawing Room with its baby grand piano and doors leading on to the Cocktail Terrace, and this attractive outdoor space where tables and chairs are provided, along with garden games on the lawn. Accessed via a long sweeping drive, it offers 70 stylish bedrooms, an outdoor terrace with views stretching across the Berkeley Vale, and a pretty courtyard featuring an 18 th -century clock tower. Ceremonies take place in the Eastwood Drawing Room for up to 100 guests, showcasing floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the formal gardens. Its neutral colour scheme provides a blank canvas for many different wedding themes and it’s situated on the ground floor with easy access. More intimate affairs take place in the study for 20 guests. The wedding breakfast and reception is hosted in the Eastwood Terrace, a large elegant room seating up to 100 loved ones and accommodating up to 180 for the evening.
