We entertained our guests with The Clog & Pancake mobile van offering classic Dutch bites. We had enjoyed lots of Dutch pancakes on our dates, so it was very meaningful. Our guests still talk about it to this day! Jess wore a champagne-coloured dress with a beautiful lace bodice by the Australian designer Jack Sullivan, while Stacey chose an elegant and simple Oleg Cassini design, which was the couple’s something old because it was borrowed from a friend. “We both wore pearl earrings, which were a gift from my mum,” Jess tells us. Stacey teamed her dress with the couple’s something blue – a pair of personalised Converse trainers with a blue lining and their wedding date featured on the back. They suited our different looks, with more red and berry colours in one and ivory vendela roses in the other. We had flowers running along the table, with copper bottles and candles scattered on each one. Our place names were white, berry and copper-coloured name tags.” – Stacey and Jess “We walked down the aisle to the Flower Duet soprano and mezzo-soprano music, which is played as you walk on to a British Airways flight. We have heard it on so many of our adventures together so thought it was only fitting that we walked in to our biggest adventure together with it playing.” – Stacey and Jess. 54
