I grew up attending weekly family services at St. John the Baptist Church and later worked with the team to provide some of their music – so the location holds a lot of sentimental value to me! Peak Edge Hotel was very welcoming from day one! We loved the stunning setting, delicious food and warming atmosphere. We didn’t want anything too big on the table to stop people from talking to each other, so we opted for glass bowls filled with petals and floating candles in water for the centrepieces. Our delicious cake featured beautiful leaves, a small log with very accurate figurines of us both and sheet music for the tune we walked down the aisle to. My bouquet featured orange and champagne cascading florals, which look beautiful! We both love travelling and chose to have ‘cheers’ in the different languages of places we’ve visited together as our table names. 36
