We knew Rothley Court Hotel was the venue for us as soon as we entered the breathtaking chapel with stained-glass windows. The romantic atmosphere made it the perfect location to exchange vows. Having our whole wedding at one venue with over-night accomadation was essential for us and our loved ones. As we were planning a December wedding, we knew the venue would have festive touches and kept this in mind when choosing our more neutral colour scheme. We had always loved greens and gold together, which we thought would pair nicely with natural greenery. Amy from Iris Events UK was so helpful and listened to our vision. She put together our centrepieces with golden candlestick holders, white candles, greenery and leaves. We named our tables after roads we’d lived on, both in childhood and together. 36
