Starting your dress search 12 to 15 months before your day is a fantastic time to book those all important, very exciting appointments. Really do your research, it will help you on your journey, this is where the fun starts. Have a look at the boutiques that really speak your language. Look at the designers they stock and the types of dresses they have available to try on. Do they fit your vision of how you want to look on your wedding day? There are no rules as to how many places to visit, some brides focus on one boutique and if they find their dress, their search is complete and the celebrations can begin. If more than one boutique has what you’re looking for, then maybe visit two or three places.
