Tree House Cakes owner Adrian Ganderton is an East Midlands based cake designer creating cakes for discerning customers throughout the UK. Adrian has been designing, making and decorating bespoke cakes for over 10 years, initially as a hobby, but has now turned his passion into a full time business. “I am motivated by taking commissions which are as challenging as they are exciting and rewarding. Inspiration comes from architecture, magazines , fabrics and of course you as the client. This is where I like to start the process with a creative brief including specifics including a clients personality, hobbies, career, etc. Gluten Free, vegan, dairy free, egg free cakes are something I have developed over the years such that I have a fabulous selection of recipes for those clients. Wedding cakes are where my main passion lies. Wedding cakes are so important and should represent both parties as per my mission stated above.
