WH A T WE D O ? We are very experienced on music and prior to your wedding will go through you likes, dislikes and any ideas for the genres of music you want, including taking requests from yourselves and your guests. Maybe you want indie, rock, dance or would you like a specific decade, with your ideas and our experience we aim to get the music right for you all. We speak confidently on a microphone, have beautiful lighting screens that display texts or messages of your choice, MRS, names or MR letters and patterns, which can be changed easily at your request. Our up/top lighting, moving heads, lasers and eects along with the speaker and PA system are top of the range so you get super quality, we can create a dance type nightclub eect or a mellow cosy feel. We can oer our all day service to include ceremony/background music with microphones for the speeches. KPDSounds oer something dierent! we are a team of 3 DJ’s, are smart, friendly and well mannered and aim to please, if you book with KPDSounds, it will be one of us with an assistant. We are based in Nottingham, but travel if required. P R O F E S S I O N A L WE D D I N G D J ’ S Finding a great DJ that has the right skills is the first step. It takes many years to gain experience and knowledge of music, its about timing, reading the dance floor for you and your guests, an experienced DJ will never turn up with all pre- set music. They should have the the right personality. Speak directly, go and see them entertain before booking. To give you some idea, your DJ will be playing around 18 songs an hour, you need to think about your music priorities - Its your day, it does not have to be traditional music, you can split your evening into sections of music genres. Your DJ will need to have Public Liability Insurance and Portable Appliance Testing Certificates, your venue may request this otherwise they can be refused to work on your behalf. Your entertainer should carry back up equipment and spares in case of a malfunction.
