I’m super-excited to see the pastel colour palettes change to warm, earthy hues, bridal bouquets go from picture-perfect posies to over-sized daring designs; even the catering changes, gone are fresh and light courses and we read more about warming and hearty roasts, and rich-flavoured big-day bakes think cinnamon and rum!
