Your East Anglian Wedding - August/September 2024 (Issue 68)

My wedding dress was called Kayleigh by Sophia Tolli. Crown Joolz Bridal Showroom recommended the dress to me and I liked the fit and sequin elements. I felt very comfortable and glamorous all day! I accessorised with a bracelet that Adrian gave me. Everyone told us that the day flies by and it really does. A special moment for us was when all of our guests had gone in for dinner, and we went into the venue’s grounds to have some more photos taken. The string quartet had finished doing their set, but they carried on to play for us while we were having our photos taken. It was really nice for us to take a breather and have a moment for ourselves. I will always be grateful to them for that. The whole day was amazing from start to finish. We were a bit nervous for the day to go well and for everyone to enjoy what we had organised, but everything went perfectly. The food in particular was fantastic and one of our favourite parts of the day. Woodhall Manor provided paella with some Spanish tapas-style sides for the evening. It was delicious and our friends and family loved it. To keep our guests entertained, we had the Scintillo String Quartet play during the ceremony and drinks reception. Magician Sean Goodman performed after dinner, and in the evening, 24 Karat kept everyone on the dancefloor. We also had a glitter bar from Face ‘n’ Glitz and The Selfie Roamer photo booth, which managed to capture everyone enjoying themselves. This was a massive hit with all the guests and we got some fantastic photos and boomerang shots. Adrian chose dark grey pinstripe trousers, a grey waistcoat and a dark green tie. The groomsmen wore the same but with different ties. For our honeymoon, we went to Venice and Bologna for two weeks. We really enjoyed spending time together, eating some fantastic food and relaxing in the sunshine. REAL WEDDINGS 31
