The venue’s two traditional, timber-frame Suffolk Barns, with black timber cladding, are set between the Stackyard Wedding Garden – ideal for your welcome drinks – and Confetti Arboretum; a young wooded area surrounded by long grasses and wildflowers, with a mown grass ‘heart’ perfect for your confetti run, drone shots and golden-hour photographs. Rustic, unspoilt and sympathetically restored rather than converted, the barns offer everything you need for your wedding including tables and chairs, fully fitted caterers’ and bar kitchens and smart WCs. Couples have a choice of two licensed ceremony spaces. The West Barn, with 13th-century origins, has oak-beamed walls and a stone floor, it can seat from 50 to 200 guests; or, the new Woodland Ceremony Glade with natural tree aisle, oak-framed ceremony shelter and bench seating, can seat 200+ loved ones. Should couples wish to consider a church ceremony, the barns are ideally located adjacent to the Church of St Peter & St Paul, Alpheton.
