We knew Woodhall Manor was the one from the moment we arrived down the long driveway. We loved having everything together with a choice of spaces for different parts of the day. The string quartet was absolutely amazing! They played Beauty and the Beast from my favourite Disney film as I arrived down the aisle and Stevie Wonder’s Signed, Sealed, Delivered I’m Yours when we walked back as husband and wife. They also performed a whole range of current songs during the drinks reception. “I accessorised with celestial pearl earrings and bracelet from Thomas Sabo. The stars were to remember my late grandfather as he always called me his little star.” “I’m like a magpie, I love a bit of sparkle and my George Unicorn shoes from Charlotte Mills were full-on glitter.” I always wanted a fitted dress and I fell in love with Françoise by Elysse. It had every little detail I wanted and more – lace, sparkle and a scalloped train which just blew me away! La Belle Angéle had an amazing array of bridesmaid dresses which could all be made in the same colour so the girls went to town. They chose their favourite style and they all looked stunning. Ben and his groomsmen looked sharp in black tuxedos and bow ties. Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve dreamed of getting married outside in the sunshine surrounded by beautiful flowers and my dream came true on one of the hottest days of the year at the Dovecote, Woodhall Manor. 44
