Valerie and Peter of Samphire Vintage Props dressed the space to create a boho-style chill-out area; perfect for couples wanting a romantic, cosy retreat for relaxing under the stars. NEW VENUE ALERT If you’re on the hunt for plenty of space indoors and out for your big day celebration, then North Walsham Rugby Club is a real winner. Recently launched as a wedding reception venue, the club’s Scottow Park grounds provide acres of glorious grounds for an outdoor celebration, complete with a woodland walk and playground to keep the little ones amused. Ideal for a marquee reception, you can party in style and make the most of the setting for great photos. There are two self-contained buildings as well, with their own bars and rooms that can seat around 100 guests each. For more intimate affairs the partially covered outside veranda is ideal and the club has its own in-house caterers too. “We’re just getting started this season and are looking to offer a blank canvas which can be tailored to meet each couple’s individual needs,” says hospitality manager Julia Hicks.
