Your East Anglian Wedding - October/November 2020 (Issue 45)

We kept the décor simple, mainly sunflowers with touches of white for contrast. The table plan was made from a wooden pallet covered in flowers and each table was named using Norfolk dialect such as bishy barney bee for the ladybird table. We were drawn to Elms Barn because everything was available on site including accommodation, the flowers and catering. It was quiet, secluded and felt like it was ours for the day. The centrepieces were candles surrounded by flowers with vintage teapots we’d collected throughout the year. “We had an afternoon tea reception and barbecue in the evening.” “We gave our guests favour bags full of sweets, sunflower seeds and rocks painted with a sunflower or teacup.” REAL WEDDINGS 45 
