I can’t imagine how difficult it must be to see your big day pass by while separated from your family and friends. That all-important date, ringed in red on the calendar, may be crossed out for now but there will be a new one to look forward to! We’ve been working from home and staying in touch, talking to local suppliers and keeping everyone updated via our website and social media and it’s been inspiring to hear how people have been rallying and reaching out to help others. Venues, bridal boutiques, cake makers, florists and all the many businesses in the wedding community have been doing their bit, helping anxious couples who are having to reschedule their big day. Many have been busy behind the scenes sprucing up their venues, studios, salons and boutiques and fine-tuning their businesses ready to hit the ground running when the doors open again. Despite the challenges we’ve all been facing, one thing’s for sure, weddings will still be held, beautiful dresses will be worn, cake cut (and eaten), speeches made and photos taken, and we’ll be here to record and share it all with you, to help and inspire you for when your day comes. This issue we’re spotlighting some of the beautiful wedding barns in the region from page 25 and dipping into romantic locations by the East Anglian coast on page 19.
