The table numbers were printed in vinyl on a hessian background in small vintage-style frames. We opted for a simple, elegant cake which my friend Kelly made for us. We wanted something relaxed and informal for the wedding breakfast, just like our day, so decided on afternoon tea. The food was amazing and the vintage crockery, which was included, was perfect for our theme. AMY’S TOP TIP Get yourself a ‘Sandie’, someone to be your go-to person for any queries or worries. It was definitely worth spending money on a wedding planner as it meant she dealt with all the things that could be stressful, so I didn’t have to and could concentrate on just being the blushing bride. 46
