The building has undergone a six-month conversion to turn the east wing into luxury accommodation and now offers a fabulous bridal suite, as well as two en-suite bedrooms, a dressing room and shared kitchen as part of its wedding packages. The conversion takes the number of rooms offered from seven to 10, all finished with antique furniture and a contemporary twist. The funding will also be financing ongoing internal and external refurbishments to the venue and its 12-acre grounds. This includes transforming the north wing into a dedicated health and fitness space and developing the outside ceremony area to feature a new gazebo and furniture, as well as an outdoor dancefloor. Partners Alex Dawe and Elvis Guimaraes acquired the venue in 2016 and the ongoing developments have been part of their dream to create an exclusive venue that provides a home away from home. Alex says, “Since we took over Lanwades Hall, our aim has always been to create a unique and luxury venue that offers customers a full wedding or events package under one roof. Thanks to the funding from NatWest, we have been able to complete another stage of our renovations and start the next phase, that will continue to expand our offering for customers over the coming years.” Visit the website lanwadeshall.co.uk New bridal suite Cley Windmill has unveiled the latest addition to its wedding offering; a brand new bridal suite.
