MANHAY FARM WEDDING & EVENTS, HELSTON, CORNWALL This newly opened Cornish venue is set on a farm, which dates back to the 1600s. It’s home to two barns that have been beautifully renovated to accommodate modern demands, while carefully maintaining the original features. Both of the barn venues feature high ceilings and exposed beams. As you enter Byghan Barn, the first thing you’ll notice is the impressive large oak wedding arch that frames the back wall. Dressed in silky fabrics and flowers, it creates an Instagrammable backdrop for big-day photos. Next door is the large reception barn with carpeted floors creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests. There’s plenty of outdoor space in front of the barns for garden games and a four-acre field for wedding guests to camp (or glamp) overnight. The sub-tropical garden is secluded, surrounded by lush greenery and filled with palms and fragrant flowers. The large decking area overlooking the pond is the garden’s focal point, with its tranquil waters reflecting the surroundings.
