The couple became engaged during a surprise trip to Seville, Spain where Ricky proposed in the Alcázar Gardens. “It was a wonderful moment and so romantic,” Melissa says. The couple chose the Carbis Bay Estate to host their big day where they enjoyed a ceremony in the hotel’s new Ocean Venue that helped determine their beachy seaside theme. “We decided on a gold colour palette to represent what would be my new married surname (Goldman) along with splashes of agate and marble.
