The pudding was a Middle Eastern version of Eton mess with cardamom, and all of the produce served came from within 10 miles of the smallholding with the beef in the main dish reared on-site. I wore a backless dress by Ronald Joyce teamed with a Cathedral-length veil from La Boutique in Exeter that’s linked to the Wedding Wishing Well Foundation, which helps fund weddings for those who are terminally ill. We hired a ceilidh band called Dumbo’s Feather who we highly recommend. Our guests had so much fun with them. “We enjoyed a two-week honeymoon in Vietnam and Singapore.
