Your Devon & Cornwall Wedding - May/June 2019 (Issue 19)

When we enquired about getting married at Bickleigh Castle and had the information sent to us, we were amazed at what they had to offer. We could have weekend use of the estate, plus activities to entertain our guests including clay pigeon shooting, a firework display and so much more. We both agreed it was the ideal venue to have all of our friends and family gathered in one place. I was able to arrive at the ceremony in a wedding car driven down the country lane. We loved the fact that we could get married outside in the gazebo. My mum walked me down the pretty garden aisle. We had a humanist blessing in the chapel at the castle afterwards. Our table centerpieces were tea light holders wrapped with hessian and lace, and small glass bottles displaying gypsophila sat on log slices. 48
