Deciding to spend a day at their favourite beach in Harlech, father and daughter headed off together to play in the sea while Alex set about laying out a picnic. Before she knew it the pair returned with little one carrying a small glass bottle containing a knot and asking whether mummy would agree to marry daddy. “It was so special to have her there for such a memorable moment,” Alex says. The family then went into town to celebrate with an ice cream! “The moment we set foot inside Delamere Manor we both knew that it was the perfect venue for us,” Alex remembers. With plans for a Thursday wedding so they could carry celebrations over the whole weekend, they loved the nightclub element of the venue as well as the gorgeous grounds.
