As their romance bloomed, the right time came for Dan to propose to his love. He whisked Geri away to Paris to celebrate her birthday and surprised her by popping the question while they were there, proving the French capital really is the City of Love. The pair tied the knot at Merrydale Manor in Knutsford. Geri says of their venue choice, “It’s very modern, which we like, but it also feels homely and full of light.
