It comprises the Courtyard, Main Hall and contemporary Lakeside Wing. Set in the heart of the Cheshire countryside, this stunning venue overlooks three lakes and glorious formal gardens. The rooms of the Main Hall boast a wealth of period features including chandeliers, feature fireplaces, ornate Italian paintings and sculptures, which work together to create a magnificent setting for your ceremony and celebrations. Ceremonies are held in the elegant Drawing Room, Queen Anne Room, Lakeside Wing or al fresco in the Courtyard or Lakeside Gazebo. Maximum capacity in the Hall is 120 and 150 in the Lakeside Wing. Drinks receptions are usually hosted in the Saloon, which has views over the West Lawn across to the woodland beyond. If the weather is fine you can wander outside onto the Terrace. Evening receptions are enjoyed in the contemporary Lakeside Wing, which has elevated views over the gardens and can be hired separately from the Hall either for the whole day for larger receptions and evening revelries with space for 180 loved ones.
