Your Cheshire and Merseyside Wedding - July/August 2020 (Issue 52)
We had salted caramel and blackcurrant violet macarons made in our wedding colours, which were unbelievable. My bridesmaids wore mauve multi-way dresses, which they all loved as they could wear them however they chose. The groomsmen all wore grey suits, and Adam paired his with black trousers to stand out as the groom. The accessorised with mauve ties. I wore an Essense of Australia dress. As soon as I tried it on I knew it was the one, and the fact that I ordered it before it even made the designer’s collection made it even more perfect. We chose classic wedding cars, along with a red London double decker bus, which our guests loved. The Metropolitan Cathedral is an amazing place, and we’ve always loved it. Adam’s nan is very involved there and it’s an iconic Liverpool building. We never dreamed we’d have been able to get married there. REAL WEDDINGS 35
