Your Cheshire & Merseyside Wedding - Sep/Oct 2019 (Issue 47)

Wooden numerals spray painted gold were part of our centrepieces and were the table numbers. We also added to the décor with two large tassels balloons with Mr Gill and Mrs Gill written on them. Our cake was amazing! We opted for a small gluten-free chocolate cake on the top tier and ordered Krispy Crème ring doughnuts for the other three tiers. We had very simple gypsophila bouquets and buttonholes with a few blooms on our cake. We made a conscious decision not to have too many flowers as we wanted the venue to shine through. To create our table plan we bought a frame with built-in pegs for hanging photos and printed each table card in the same design as our invitations. It worked a treat! Keeping with our rustic theme for our centrepieces, we went with a log riser, a large Blackberry Bay double wick candle, two glass votives with faux blush roses inside and a “best day ever” flag on each table, with tea lights and pink petals. Favours were personalized Swizzles Love hearts, which doubled as place names. REAL WEDDINGS 41 
