The former two both have a top deck, rear deck and lower saloon where the bar is located. Built in 1875, it’s the world’s first successful boat lift and is considered one of the country’s finest examples of Victorian engineering. One of the wonders of the waterways, it’s located between the River Weaver and the Trent & Mersey Canal. Ceremonies and receptions both take place inside the lovely Lift View Marquee, located at the base of the boat lift.
