Your Cheshire & Merseyside Wedding - Mar/Apr 2019 (Issue 44)

The men looked handsome in navy suits from Cheshire Menswear, with the groom standing out in a white waistcoat and tie to match my outfit. The groomsmen wore pink ties to complement the bridesmaids’ stunning full-length gowns. I found a bespoke Catherine Parry gown in Honeyblossom Bridal. I knew I wanted a traditional lace style and I loved the added drama of the long train. The ivory veil and delicate headpiece finished it off brilliantly. Our white lace cake with blush rose decoration tied in with the colour scheme. We also had a French-style macaron tower. It was a priority for us to ensure our loved ones enjoyed the day. During the ceremony, my good friends Matthew and Roger treated us to a performance on the violin and piano. Our DJ played a fantastic mix of music while our guests captured some memorable moments in the photo booth. After champagne and canapés, we enjoyed a three-course meal of ham hock terrine, slow-cooked beef and sticky toffee pudding. REAL WEDDINGS 43 
