A bright and comfortable space featuring a large beauty station, full-length mirrors, washroom, and kitchenette. This is the ideal space for a pre-ceremony pamper and a dream for hair and make-up artists, with the perfect lighting for those iconic getting-ready shots. “While this area is often taken up by one half of the wedding party,” explains Abby Pell, PR and brand manager at The Gilchrist Collection. “We received feedback from our couples that it would be nice to also have an area for the other half to relax in prior to the ceremony.” This is where the renovated Gallery Room comes in. “The stunning Gallery has been transformed into an exclusive space, exuding masculine charm that’s sure to captivate grooms, but is of course available to couples of any gender,” Abby tells us. This new addition provides a dedicated room with lounge chairs, a pool table, and an assortment of games, creating an atmosphere to relax and unwind in before the momentous “I dos.” To highlight the allure of this newly renovated space, Crowcombe Court collaborated with Gurds of Taunton, a renowned local suit supplier, on a captivating shoot. The distinctive ambience is inspired by the popular Peaky Blinders aesthetic, characterised by the sophisticated elegance of tweed suits and a vintage charm. “The images effortlessly captured the energy and camaraderie that can be found within the Gallery Room,” Abby ends. 73 LOCAL SHOOT
